KPIT Technologies has finalized its acquisition of Caresoft, including entities in the USA, UK, and Mexico, securing a 100% equity stake. The total consideration for this deal has been renegotiated to up to US$157 Million, a reduction from the previously announced US$191 Million. This strategic acquisition is set to enhance KPIT's global capabilities, particularly strengthening its automotive software offerings. An initial payment of US$51 Million has been completed. This move is key to KPIT's ongoing expansion.
