    Vasa Denticity (DENTALKART) will acquire a 51% controlling stake in IDS Denmed, a leading offline dental distributor. The acquisition, valued at approx. ₹128 Cr (₹50 Cr cash, ₹78 Cr share swap), aims to integrate India's dental supply ecosystem. IDS Denmed reported ₹240.1 Cr turnover in FY25.
