EPL Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 16-08-2025: Record Date

EPL Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 9, 2025. The company has set September 2, 2025, as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend. The Board earlier proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before October 8, 2025.
