ATV Projects India Limited held its 38th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Key approvals included the appointment and re-appointment of directors, specifically Mr. H. C. Gupta, Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as Whole Time Director, and Mrs. Payal Sanghavi and Mrs. Deepa Shridhar Rai as Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term.
