ATV Projects India Limited held its 38th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing. Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Key director appointments and re-appointments were approved, including Mr. H. C. Gupta, Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as Whole Time Director, and Mrs. Payal Sanghavi and Mrs. Deepa Shridhar Rai as Non-Executive Independent Directors. M/s ND & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor. Crucially, approval was granted to sell/lease/develop surplus land at ATV Nagar, increasing the area from 2.71 to 3.29 acres, and to issue Convertible Warrants to a Promoter.
