ATV Projects' shareholders have approved a preferential allotment of up to 25 lakh convertible warrants to promoter Mahalaxmi Import Export Pvt Ltd. Each warrant is priced at Rs. 40.80, aiming to raise a total of Rs. 10.20 Cr. Allottees will pay 25% upfront, with the balance 75% due upon conversion into equity shares within 18 months. This capital infusion will strengthen the company's financial position and fund future operations, indicating strong promoter confidence. Warrants and the resulting equity shares will be subject to a lock-in period.
