Shareholders should note that the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 28, 2025, to September 04, 2025 (inclusive). The company is providing remote e-voting facility, which will be open from September 01, 2025, to September 03, 2025. This allows investors to participate and cast their votes digitally for the upcoming AGM. The Annual Report will be available online.
