Sansera Engineering posted Q1 FY26 revenue of INR 766.3 Cr, up 3% YoY, with a strong 17.2% EBITDA margin and PAT growth of 26% to INR 63 Cr. Domestic revenue grew 4%, driven by PV, CV, ADS, and industrial segments, despite muted 2/3-wheeler sales. International exports (ex-ADS) saw a 20.6% decline, though Europe grew 3.5%, notably Sweden by 80% on a lower base.

Management highlighted short-term market headwinds but expressed confidence due to diversified portfolio and ongoing cost optimization. They are outperforming the auto industry and see ADS as a primary growth driver. US tariffs are largely being passed on, but regional content (RVC) remains a key focus. Sweden is projected for 20%+ full-year growth with double-digit margins.

The order book stands robust at INR 2024.3 Cr, with over 60% from international clients. New orders of INR 173.2 Cr this quarter were predominantly in ADS, xEV, and tech-agnostic segments, aligning with the strategic shift towards high-value, intricate components. ADS aims for INR 280-300 Cr revenue in FY26, targeting INR 1000 Cr in 3 years. Aluminum forging is also targeting INR 500 Cr by FY27. The company is building resilience against geopolitical and technological shifts, maintaining a cautiously optimistic outlook.
