Baid Finserv Limited — Others, 18-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Baid Finserv Limited has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on September 12. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. For FY25, the company reported a total revenue of 81.98 Cr and profit after tax of 13.45 Cr. A final dividend of Re. 0.10 per share (5% of face value) is proposed. The meeting will also consider re-appointing Mr. Aman Baid as Whole-Time Director for three years, with a proposed monthly remuneration up to Rs. 8 lakh. Additionally, the appointment of new statutory and secretarial auditors will be put to a vote.
