Kemistar Corporation Ltd — Important, 18-08-2025: Company Update

Kemistar Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, K P International Private Limited, has received Consent to Operate (CTO) from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board for its Dahej manufacturing plant. The plant, which has already commenced operations and trials, can now process 27,000 MT/Annum of E-waste, Li-ion Battery, Solar Panel, Metal & Precious Metal recovery. This represents a significant portion of the 42,000 MT/Annum consented capacity. This new vertical is expected to drive robust top-line revenue growth, open opportunities with large-scale clients, and strengthen the company's position in sustainable recycling solutions.
