BLB Limited successfully conducted its 44th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing. Shareholders considered and voted on key proposals, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-25. The agenda also included the re-appointment of Director Anshul Mehra, and the appointment of new directors, Deepak Shrivastava and Dinesh Rajvanshi. Important governance updates, such as amending the Articles of Association and adjusting the remuneration and appointment terms for Executive Director Anshul Mehra and Chairman & Managing Director Brij Rattan Bagri, were also put to vote.
