Rolex Rings reported Q1 FY26 revenue of Rs 292 Cr and PAT of Rs 49 Cr, with operating EBITDA at 21-22%. Domestic revenue now exceeds exports, driven by auto components (54% of sales) as bearing rings face subdued demand. The company anticipates early teen revenue growth for FY26 and higher teens for FY27, largely dependent on US tariff resolution. New orders of Rs 175 Cr are expected, with 25-30% from the US currently on hold. Management is confident in domestic market opportunities and Europe's revival, aiming to sustain margins. The CDR issue, involving a Rs 227 Cr claim, is expected to be resolved by Q2 end.
