Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited announced its 30th Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on September 09. The company reported a challenging FY25 with revenue at ₹108.60 Cr and net profit at ₹23.10 Cr, a decline from last year, primarily due to market slowdown and price erosion. Despite this, volume growth was maintained. EBITDA margins improved to 36% driven by high-margin CRAMS projects. SGRL plans ₹15 Cr for a new manufacturing block and pilot units, aiming for modest revenue growth in FY26 and substantial growth from FY27, targeting to double revenue in three years.
