Transvoy Logistics India Ltd — Board Meeting, 18-08-2025: Board Meeting

Transvoy Logistics Board approved increasing Authorised Share Capital from Rs 4.5 Cr to Rs 6.5 Cr. They also approved issuing 35.87 lakh warrants at Rs 100/share on a preferential basis, raising Rs 35.87 Cr. Shareholder approval is sought at the upcoming AGM on Sept 11.
