Themis Medicare Limited — Others, 18-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Themis Medicare has announced its 55th Annual General Meeting. For the last fiscal year, the company reported a 6.22% increase in revenue to Rs. 405.51 crore, although net profit saw a 31.46% decline to Rs. 29.83 crore. Shareholders will consider adopting financial results and approving a Re. 0.50 per share dividend. Key proposals also include re-appointing a director, ratifying auditor remuneration, and approving commissions for Non-Executive Directors (up to 1% of net profits for five years). A new Independent Woman Director is also proposed for a five-year term. The company decided to retain its API business and withdrew the proposed merger with Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited.
