Mahindra Logistics (MAHLOG) is injecting Rs. 265.88 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiaries, MLL Express Services (MESPL) and V-Link Freight Services. This capital infusion, including Rs. 263.86 Cr for MESPL (Rivigo by MLL, FY25 turnover Rs. 363.83 Cr) and Rs. 2.02 Cr for V-Link (FY25 turnover Rs. 6.80 Cr), is strategically aimed at repaying their debts. This move strengthens the balance sheets of these key logistics and express service units, leveraging funds from MLL's recent Rights Issue for improved financial health and continued operational stability.
