    SBI Life Insurance Company Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 18-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

    SBI Life allotted 1,23,906 equity shares at Rs. 10 each to employees exercising stock options. This resulted in a capital infusion of Rs. 0.12 Cr and increased total shares outstanding to 100.24 Cr. A minor dilution for existing shareholders.
