September 5, 2025, is set as the record date for dividend eligibility (INR 1.00 per share) and e-voting. Shareholders will vote on re-appointing M/s. Gulati Sandeep & Co. as Statutory Auditors for another five years and Mrs. Laveena Bhatia as Whole-time Director. M/s. Dhirender Tripathi & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY26.
