EPL Limited — Others, 18-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

EPL has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 9, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share. The agenda also includes the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Dixit as a Director. Shareholders will also approve the re-appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for ₹0.67 Cr remuneration for FY26, and ratify remuneration for Cost and Secretarial Auditors at ₹0.0146 Cr and ₹0.02 Cr respectively for FY26.
