Inox Wind (IWL) divested 49.57 lakh shares of its material subsidiary, Inox Renewable Solutions, for ~Rs. 175 Cr. This reduces IWL's stake to 88.84%. IRSL contributed 6% to consolidated revenue and 14% to net worth in FY25.
