Bansal Roofing Products' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of Rs 36.20 Cr and a profit of Rs 2.02 Cr, with an EPS of Rs 1.53. The company announced its 17th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 10, 2025. An Independent Director, Arpita T Shah, resigned due to personal commitments.
