eClerx has released its Annual Report for FY2025 and called its 25th Annual General Meeting for September 10 via video conference. The company reported strong performance for the financial year, with income from operations reaching approximately 3,365.87 Crore and Profit After Tax at about 541.26 Crore. A dividend of Re. 1 per share for FY2025 was declared. The company also completed a significant share buyback of 1.375 million shares for about 385 Crore. Shareholders will consider appointing M/s. Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditor for five years and increasing Non-Executive Independent Directors' commission cap to Rs. 50 lakh annually. Mr. Priyadarshan Mundhra is up for re-appointment.
