Chambal Breweries & Distilleries will hold its 40th AGM to approve FY25 audited financials. The company proposes the re-appointment of Mr. Parasram Jhamnani, 73, as Chairman & MD for three years at Rs 15,000/month, and Mr. Anmol Jindal as an Independent Director for five years. M/s Bharat Rathore & Associates' appointment as Secretarial Auditor is also up for approval. For FY25, the company reported nil operational revenue and an 'other income' of 8.95 Lakh, reducing its net loss to 8.31 Lakh from 2.47 Crore last year. Auditors, however, express doubt on the company's 'going concern' status due to significant capital decline, a key concern for shareholders.
