Suratwwala Business Group Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 19-08-2025: Record Date

SBGLP has proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per share. To be eligible for this dividend, shareholders must hold shares by the record date of September 12, 2025. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025.
