Prime Fresh Limited plans a significant strategic investment of over 150 Cr in Maharashtra over the next 2-3 years. The company submitted two detailed project proposals to the National Horticulture Board (NHB) for developing Peri-Urban Vegetable Clusters near Nashik and Pune, receiving preliminary approval. This initiative aims to strengthen PFL's procurement, deepen backward integration, and expand its product portfolio, anchoring a robust, technology-driven supply chain. It is expected to create over 25,000 jobs, enhance incomes for 15,000+ farmers by 35-50%, reduce post-harvest losses, and boost domestic supply and export capabilities.
