Rajnandini Metal Limited — Others, 19-08-2025: Change in Auditors

Rajnandini Metal has announced that its Board of Directors, following input from the Audit Committee, has proposed M/s. Krishna & Associates as the new Statutory Auditor. This appointment is twofold: initially to fill a casual vacancy until the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM), and then for a further five-year term from the 15th AGM's conclusion until the 20th AGM in 2030. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The previous auditors did not raise any concerns. This is a significant corporate governance update.
