Tembo Global's board has approved raising ~₹198.7 Cr via equity shares and ~₹118.1 Cr via warrants through preferential issue. This includes promoter and non-promoter participation. The authorized share capital will also increase to ₹30 Cr, all pending shareholder nod at an EGM.
