Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners' Board has approved a dividend payout of Rs. 1.50 per share to shareholders. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Narayan Inani as Managing Director and Mr. Anirudh Inani and Mr. Keshav Inani as Whole-Time Directors, each for a term from September 2026 to August 2029, pending shareholder approval. The company also appointed Ms. Srinidhi Inani as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2025.
