Axis Bank Limited — Others, 19-08-2025: ESOP/ESOS/ESPS

Axis Bank has allotted 1,08,502 new equity shares to employees who exercised stock options and units under its ESOP/RSU scheme. This issuance has increased the bank's paid-up share capital from approximately Rs. 620.44 Cr to Rs. 620.46 Cr. Consequently, the total number of outstanding equity shares has risen from 3,102,224,181 to 3,102,332,683. This reflects the continued execution of the bank's employee incentive programs and a minor expansion of its equity base.
