Uniphos Enterprises Limited — Others, 20-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Uniphos Enterprises Limited has announced its 56th Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2025, via video conference. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited annual financial statements for FY25, approving a dividend of ₹0.50 per share, and appointing N. L. Bhatia & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The company's profit after tax for FY25 significantly decreased to ₹0.28 Cr from ₹38.61 Cr, mainly due to lower dividend income from UPL Limited. Revenue from operations, however, grew to ₹111.51 Cr. Uniphos also transferred 17.8 lakh UPL shares to a related party and subscribed to 49.4 lakh UPL rights shares, while repaying a ₹50 Cr loan.
