Promoter Mr. Dinesh Patidar is transferring holdings in unlisted group companies to Shakti Sons Trust, an existing promoter group entity. This results in an indirect acquisition of Shakti Pumps shares by the Trust. This internal family reorganization will not change the overall promoter group shareholding of 51.58% (1.03 Cr shares) or public shareholding. SEBI has approved this internal restructuring.
