This decision came after NSE noted that a Draft Scheme of Arrangement application is currently pending with BSE. As advised by NSE, Praveg has officially recorded the withdrawal. The company plans to prioritize and complete the approval process for the Draft Scheme of Arrangement with BSE first. Once these necessary approvals are obtained, Praveg will then submit a new listing application with NSE, ensuring proper procedural progression for its future listing plans.
