Sadhav Shipping's board appointed two new independent directors, Kairali Gopi Nath and Bibekananda Satapathy. The board also approved a joint venture for a new shipping entity, United Sadhav Integrated Maritime, to be incorporated with Rs 0.01 Cr capital, with the company owning 26% for Rs 0.0026 Cr.
