Sadhav Shipping Limited — Others, 20-08-2025: Appointment

Sadhav Shipping's board approved key strategic changes. Two new independent directors, Mr. Kairali Gopi Nath and Mr. Bibekananda Satapathy, with extensive experience in port, oil, and gas sectors, have been appointed. An existing independent director resigned. The company is re-forming various board committees. Additionally, the board approved changes to a joint venture agreement to form United Sadhav Integrated Maritime Private Limited. This new associate company, with a proposed Rs. 0.01 Cr share capital and 26% Sadhav stake for Rs. 26,000, will focus on ship manufacturing, port infrastructure, and offshore oil & gas exploration. New internal and secretarial auditors were also appointed.
