Sadhav Shipping Limited — Others, 20-08-2025: Appointment

Sadhav Shipping's board has appointed two new independent directors, Mr. Kairali Gopi Nath and Mr. Bibekananda Satapathy, following Mr. Rajesh Kakkar's resignation. Board committees have been re-structured. The company also approved a joint venture for 'United Sadhav Integrated Maritime Private Limited' with a proposed authorized and paid-up capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr each. Sadhav will acquire a 26% stake for Rs. 26,000 in this new entity, which plans to operate in ship manufacturing/repair, port infrastructure, and oil & gas exploration. Additionally, new internal and secretarial auditors were appointed for 3 and 5 years respectively.
