    KPI Green Energy Limited — Credit Ratings, 20-08-2025: Credit Rating

    ICRA has reaffirmed the Provisional [ICRA]AA+(CE) (Stable) rating for KPI Green Energy's existing Rs. 75 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and assigned the same rating to an additional Rs. 625 Cr of new NCDs. These Rs. 700 Cr NCDs are provisionally rated and benefit from a partial credit guarantee provided by GuarantCo Limited.
