The board of CargoSol Logistics has approved key auditor appointments. M/s. Jajodia & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, responsible for company law and legal compliances. M/s. T M R and Associates LLP will serve as Statutory Auditor for five years, filling a casual vacancy and overseeing the company's financial audits. Nitesh Wankhade has also been appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, enhancing the company's internal control framework and operational oversight.
