Super Iron Foundry's wholly-owned subsidiary, SIF Saudi Arabia, has secured a 10-year land lease agreement with Saudi Industrial Authority (MODON) in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This 9141 square meter plot is for establishing a new foundry and manufacturing unit. The move aims to diversify the company's manufacturing base, enabling cost-efficient production and a more resilient global supply chain, particularly beneficial amid global tariff shifts. This expansion marks a significant step towards strategic operational growth. The annual rent is SAR 109,694.65 (excluding VAT), and construction must be at least 50% complete within 24 months.
