Arunis Abode has announced the final terms for its Rights Issue, aiming to raise ₹60.48 Cr. The company will issue up to 4.8 crore new equity shares at ₹12.60 each. Shareholders eligible on the Record Date of August 26 will receive 16 Rights Equity Shares for every 1 share held. The Rights Issue opens on September 3 and closes on September 11. This capital infusion will significantly increase the total outstanding shares from 30 lakh to 5.1 crore, assuming full subscription.
