Parshva Enterprises Ltd — Important, 20-08-2025: Company Update

Parshva Enterprises' Board approved the appointment of its MD, Mr. Prashant Vora, as the MD of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Simandhar Impex Limited. Simandhar Impex's Board also announced key leadership changes: Mr. Prashant Vora's re-designation as MD and KMP, and Mr. Harsh Vora's change to Non-Executive Director, both pending shareholder approval. Furthermore, Mr. Tejas Shah and Ms. Meghna Savla were appointed as Independent Directors for five years, also subject to shareholder nod. Mr. Gaurav Subhash Said was named the new Chief Financial Officer and KMP. These changes represent significant governance updates for the subsidiary.
