Allcargo Logistics Limited — Investor Meet, 20-08-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
Allcargo Logistics reported Q1 FY26 revenue of Rs. 3,817 Cr. Gross Profit rose 8% YoY to Rs. 856 Cr, maintaining high yields despite flat international volumes. Consolidated EBITDA was Rs. 103 Cr, impacted by a significant notional FX loss of Rs. 83 Cr and one-off provisions. Gross debt decreased by Rs. 107 Cr to Rs. 1,060 Cr.
Domestic business showed good progress: Gati's Express segment saw EBITDA up 18% despite revenue rationalization, with July showing stronger momentum. Contract Logistics revenue jumped 49% YoY, EBITDA 29% YoY, with white space utilization promising better margins.
International supply chain remains affected by macroeconomic volatility and tariffs, though a seasonal 8-10% volume rebound is noted. Strategic initiatives like financial outsourcing (targeting $1.5M annual savings) and the ECU360 platform (extending door-to-door LCL/FCL services) are key growth drivers. Demerger conclusion is expected soon from NCLT, with listing to follow. Management is confident about domestic growth and operational efficiency.
