Remsons Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 20-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Remsons Industries' Board approved Q1 FY25 consolidated results: Revenue at Rs 99.63 Cr, Net Profit Rs 3.64 Cr. They also revised the Astro Motors acquisition plan; it will now be an associate (35.86% stake) instead of a subsidiary. A new subsidiary, Remsons Edge Technologies, was also formed.
