MKP Mobility's Board has approved significant leadership and strategic decisions. Mr. Jitesh Patodia has been reappointed as Managing Director for a five-year term, and Mr. Aanjan Patodia will be reappointed as a director. Mr. Mahendra Patodia will continue as a non-executive director beyond 75 years. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the annual reports for FY25 and an alteration to the company's memorandum of association.
