Brigade Enterprises delivered strong Q1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue grew 20% to Rs. 1,333 Cr, and PAT jumped 95% to Rs. 158 Cr. Real estate pre-sales hit Rs. 1,118 Cr, with average realizations up 24% to Rs. 11,782/sq ft. Collections stood at Rs. 1,728 Cr. Leasing and Hospitality segments also saw healthy revenue growth. The company added 10 million sq ft to its land bank, potentially worth Rs. 11,200 Cr GDV. A significant pipeline of 13 million sq ft of new launches is set for the next four quarters. Management remains confident in sustained growth, especially in South India's premium markets.
