Parle Industries' board has made key appointments for its audit functions. Motilal & Associates LLP will serve as Internal Auditors for FY2025-26. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
