Parmeshwar Metal Limited's Board has approved the appointment of M/s. Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditors. This decision follows the completion of the term for the current auditors, M/s. Gattani & Associates. M/s. Shah & Shah will serve for five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 9th Annual General Meeting until the 14th AGM. This change, which was proposed by the Audit Committee, ensures continued financial oversight and compliance, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 9th Annual General Meeting.
