Nucleus Software Exports Limited — Others, 20-08-2025: Appointment

Nucleus Software's Board has designated Mr. Vishnu R Dusad, the Managing Director, as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. This decision, made following a review by the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, is effective immediately. Mr. Dusad, a co-founder and IIT Delhi alum, brings extensive experience in product development and strategic planning to this additional role. He will serve as Interim CFO until a new permanent CFO is appointed. This move ensures leadership continuity in the finance function during the transition.
