Gowra Leasing & Finance's 32nd Annual General Meeting successfully concluded. Shareholders approved key proposals including the adoption of the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. They also cleared an increase in the authorized share capital and the subsequent issuance of equity shares through a preferential issue, which could boost the company's capital base. Directors Shri Lakshmi Prasad Gowra, Shri Subbaraj Gowra, Shri Soma Dayanand (post 75 years), and Shri Lakshminarayana Gowra (post 75 years) were approved for appointment or continuation. The re-appointment of Shri Srinivas Gowra as Managing Director and approval for related party borrowing transactions were also passed. This paves the way for future growth and operational stability.
