Gowra Leasing & Finance Ltd — Important, 20-08-2025: Company Update

Gowra Leasing & Finance shareholders have approved several key proposals. The company will increase its authorized share capital from Rs. 6 crore to Rs. 10 crore, setting the stage for future growth. A preferential issue of up to 24.975 lakh equity shares at Rs. 120 each, aiming to raise up to Rs. 29.97 crore, was approved. This capital infusion will support operations and expansion. Additionally, the Board is now authorized to borrow up to Rs. 25 crore from related companies and Rs. 10 crore from directors. Shareholders also approved the appointment of new Secretarial Auditors, Shri Subbaraj Gowra as a Director, and ensured leadership continuity by re-appointing Shri Gowra Srinivas as Managing Director and retaining two other directors.
