VINCOFE clarified fund allocation for its preferential issues. The Rs 186 Cr equity issue will fund Rs 100 Cr for a WOS's capex and other operational needs. The Rs 29.76 Cr warrant issue covers working capital and general corporate purposes. Equity shares are priced at Rs 124.
